So we visited today and filmed our visit there at Springwood all of these units are 2 bedroom Serina tookaway there brochures and there price starts at 120k with everything I think this will be a benchmark becuase Jason foirm imports them from China and says his co. is similar to these showrooms. The think is these homes as you see came included with the fittings council slab plumbing and electrical. Ideas guys haave a 2 bedroom opposite with the verandah in the middle. Tomorrow we have the plumber come .

This a major problem to have this cut down we have had quotes from 7k to 1k  not sure how to proceed . But if it falls on another property I will have to pay.
